You will be charged automatically at the time order(s) are processed for your Nature’s One® subscription(s), until you cancel. We will charge the credit card you used during the initial set up of your subscription.
If you need to update your credit card at any time, please log on to your Nature's One account to access your account settings and click "Subscriptions", then edit your credit card or add a new credit card by clicking the "Edit" drop down option and choosing "Update Payment Method".
If you decide you would like to skip a delivery, we are here to help! Please Contact Us or email us at email@example.com any time, we respond during normal business hours. You can also call us at 888.227.7122 or live chat with us during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. Once an order is successfully skipped, you will not be charged for that skipped order.
You may also choose to "Ship Now". You can access this option by navigating to "Subscriptions", clicking the "Edit" drop down option and choosing "Ship Now". You cannot "Ship Now" 24 hours before or after your subscription's scheduled ship date.
For cancellation of your subscription, please log on to your account, go to "Subscriptions" then click the "Edit" drop down option and choose "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation of your subscription will apply to orders not shipped. Any orders in transit will be subject to our return policy. Nature's One is unable to reinstate any cancelled subscription orders.
