Does PediaSmart contain DHA?

PediaSmart® Dairy contains the precursor essential fatty acids, linolenic acid and linoleic acid, which the body uses to make DHA and ARA, respectively. Because the body cannot make the essential fatty acids, they must be supplied by ingesting foods containing them. The amounts of linoleic fatty acid and linolenic fatty acid in PediaSmart® Dairy are appropriate to support a child’s growth and development.

PediaSmart® Dairy contains 1500 milligrams of linoleic fatty acid and 175 milligrams of linolenic fatty acid per serving (8 fluid ounces, prepared according to package instructions).
